Terms of Service

Effective: August 6, 2026Last updated: August 6, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the services provided by White Harvest LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as White Harvest Solutions(“White Harvest Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and your use of this website. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote, scheduling service, accepting an estimate, allowing us to perform work at your property, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not request or accept our services.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, homeowners association, property manager, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity, and “you” refers to that entity.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date your service is performed governs that service. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.

2. Services We Provide

White Harvest Solutions provides residential and commercial property services, which may include:

  • Pressure washing — house washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, roof soft washing, deck and fence washing, pool deck and patio cleaning, and commercial exterior cleaning.
  • Lawn care — mowing and edging, weed control, shrub and hedge trimming, debris cleanup, and ongoing property maintenance. Lawn care is offered in select Lake County, Florida zip codes only.
  • Handyman services — painting, drywall repair, fixture and lighting replacement, basic plumbing repairs, flooring and trim work, and sprinkler system maintenance.
  • Gutter cleaning, paver sealing, and related exterior services where offered.

The specific services, scope, and price for your project are set out in the written quote or estimate we provide. That quote, together with these Terms, forms the agreement between us.

3. Scope, Estimates, and Limitations

Quotes are based on the condition, size, and accessibility of the property as described to us or as observed at the time of estimate. If actual conditions differ materially — for example, significantly heavier soiling, additional square footage, restricted access, unsafe conditions, or hidden damage — we will contact you before proceeding with any change in scope or price. Work performed outside the original quote requires your approval.

Results vary by surface and condition. Cleaning restores surfaces; it does not repair them. We cannot guarantee removal of permanent staining, oxidation, rust, paint failure, etching, efflorescence, artillery fungus, or damage that pre-dates our work. Older, weathered, or previously damaged surfaces may not return to a like-new appearance.

You agree to provide, at no cost to us:

  • Reasonable access to the work area, including gates, side yards, and the property itself.
  • Access to a working water spigot and, where required, a standard electrical outlet.
  • Removal or protection of vehicles, patio furniture, grills, potted plants, décor, and other personal property from the work area before we arrive.
  • Notice of any known defects — loose siding, failing seals, damaged screens, leaking windows, aging roof, faulty wiring, prior repairs, or similar conditions.

We may decline or stop work where conditions are unsafe, where a surface is too deteriorated to be cleaned or repaired without damage, or where weather makes the work unsafe or ineffective. If we stop work for these reasons, you are responsible only for work completed to that point.

4. Scheduling, Cancellation, and No-Shows

Appointment times are estimates. Weather, equipment failure, and prior jobs running long can shift arrival windows. We will notify you as early as practical if your appointment needs to move.

  • Cancellation by you. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a trip charge of up to $50.
  • Lockouts and no-shows. If we arrive as scheduled and cannot access the work area — locked gate, no water access, pets loose in the work area, or the area not cleared — we may charge a trip charge of up to $50 and reschedule.
  • Weather. We may reschedule for rain, lightning, high wind, or freezing conditions at no charge to you.
  • Recurring service. Ongoing lawn care and maintenance agreements may be cancelled by either party with 14 days’ written notice. Service performed before the cancellation takes effect remains payable.

5. Payment Terms

  • When payment is due. Unless your written quote says otherwise, payment is due upon completion of the work. Recurring and commercial accounts are invoiced on the schedule stated in their agreement.
  • Deposits. Larger projects may require a deposit to reserve a date. Deposits are credited toward the final invoice.
  • Accepted methods. We accept major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer, check, and cash. Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
  • Late payments. Invoices unpaid more than 30 days past the due date may accrue a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% per year) or the maximum permitted by Florida law, whichever is less.
  • Returned payments. Returned checks and failed bank transfers may incur a $35 fee.
  • Collection. If we must refer an unpaid balance for collection, you are responsible for reasonable costs of collection, including attorneys’ fees, to the extent permitted by law.

Disputes and Billing Questions

If you believe an invoice is incorrect, contact us within 10 days of the invoice date at kyle@whiteharvestsolutions.com or 352-932-8385. We will review the charge and respond promptly. We ask that you raise concerns with us directly before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.

6. Satisfaction and Workmanship

If you are not satisfied with our work, tell us within 7 days of completion and we will return to address the areas in question at no additional charge, provided the concern falls within the agreed scope of work.

Handyman repair and installation work carries a 30-day workmanship warranty covering our labor. Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures, where they exist, pass through to you and are the manufacturer’s responsibility, not ours.

Cleaning services are not warranted against re-soiling. Organic growth, algae, mildew, and road film return over time in the Florida climate; regular maintenance is the remedy, and we are glad to quote it.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for the limited workmanship commitment stated in Section 6, our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will achieve any specific cosmetic result.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, White Harvest Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or relating to our services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for damage arising from pre-existing or latent conditions, including:

  • Loose, damaged, improperly installed, or aging siding, trim, shingles, tile, screens, or seals.
  • Water intrusion through windows, doors, vents, or roof penetrations that were not properly sealed before our arrival.
  • Deteriorated paint, stain, sealant, caulk, or coatings that fail under normal cleaning.
  • Failing or improperly installed wiring, plumbing, or irrigation components.
  • Items left in the work area that you were asked to move.
  • Oxidation, chalking, staining, or etching inherent to the age and material of the surface.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct. We carry general liability insurance; a certificate is available on request.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless White Harvest LLC, its members, employees, and subcontractors from any third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your failure to disclose a known defect or hazard at the property; (c) your misrepresentation of authority to authorize work at the property; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. This does not apply to claims caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.

10. SMS and Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/MMS from White Harvest Solutions for appointment confirmations, ETAs, invoices, payment receipts, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Consent to SMS is not a condition of service.

How we obtain your consent

We collect SMS consent in one of the following ways:

  • Verbally, at the time of service — our technician explains that we send text updates and records your agreement in your customer profile.
  • On this website — by checking the SMS consent box on our quote request form.
  • On quote or estimate acceptance — by checking the SMS consent box when you accept a written quote.

We do not text people who have not opted in, and we do not purchase or rent phone number lists.

What we send

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders.
  • “On the way” and arrival-window updates.
  • Invoice notifications and links to view or pay.
  • Payment receipts and confirmations.
  • Occasional service follow-ups and review requests.

Expected message volume is roughly 2 to 8 messages per service visit, and varies with how much service you use.

Opting out and getting help

  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts, other than transactional messages you specifically request.
  • Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at 352-932-8385 or kyle@whiteharvestsolutions.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most US regional carriers.

How we handle the phone number itself is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Photographs and Marketing

We routinely photograph work areas before and after service for quality control, damage documentation, and estimating. We may use before-and-after photographs of the work itself in our marketing. We will not publish your name, street address, or any image that identifies the interior of your home or your household members without your permission. Tell us at any time if you would prefer we not use photos of your property, and we will honor that.

12. Website Use

This website and its content are our property or licensed to us. You may not scrape, republish, or reproduce it for commercial purposes without permission. You agree not to submit false information through our forms, or to use our forms to send unsolicited or unlawful content.

13. Subcontractors

Some work — particularly licensed electrical, plumbing, or roofing work — may be referred to or performed by licensed subcontractors. We remain your point of contact for scheduling and service quality. Licensed trade work is warranted by the licensed contractor performing it.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing any claim, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting the other directly and allowing 30 days to respond and cure.

15. General

  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with your written quote and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the services.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
